Steve Kwok（郭子俊 ） has served as the U.S. Department of Justice’s Resident Legal Advisor at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing since November 2013. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Kwok was a federal prosecutor in New York City. He has a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a law degree from Yale Law School.
