StefanB.Williams，悉尼大学航空航天与机械机电工程学院院长、海洋机器人学教授。现为澳大利亚野外机器人研发中心成员，负责领导海洋机器人团队；20142016年间曾任澳大利亚机器人和自动化协会主席。同时，他还负责领导澳大利亚一体化海洋观察系统自动水下载具团队。他的研究方向是通过视听传感、自动导航和控制、机器人系统收集的大量数据的分类和聚类实现非结构化水下环境的同步定位和测绘。他于1997年获加拿大滑铁卢大学系统设计工程应用科学学士学位，并2002年获悉尼大学博士学位。
